TEXTURES IN BALANCE

The project reimagined an existing closet as a secondary bath and reprogrammed the original shared bathroom into a dedicated en-suite bath and walk-in closet for the primary suite. Architectural vision and planning were led by Neil Ginty, whose thoughtful, pragmatic approach established a clear framework for the spaces. Our role was to layer in texture, palette, and color—using natural light and the inherent beauty of materials to create a serene primary sanctuary and a more artful, expressive guest powder bath.
